Attention all Hashers,  

In light of the projected spread of COVID19, the current isolation measures being undertaken and the unforseen extent to which these conditions will endure; it is with a heavy heart and prudent reasoning the Oklahoma City W3H3 has decided to cancel the upcumming 2020 Green Dress Event scheduled 27-29 March 2020.   Currently, Oklahoma City has mandated the closure of our venue and all other establishments that cater to large crowds for public safety.

As a result, we are currently in the process of resecuring the funds used to obtain the venue and provide all "rego'd & paid" hashers a full refund. That being said, we do ask those who have paid to consider donating a portion of their rego to the charity we have chosen this year: (https://www.warriorsforfreedom.org/)  Be on the lookout for an email from us to which you can respond what you'd like to do with your refund.

To quote West Grand Superintendent Darrin Peppard, “We did not enter into this decision lightly. In the end, it will be impossible to know if we overreacted or did too much, but it will be quite apparent if we under reacted or did too little.”
